Proficiency is each hero's own level in Marvel Rivals, also called hero level or character level. The game tracks it separately for all 54 heroes but only shows one hero's level at a time. Proficiency Board lists them all, sorts them by who is closest to Lord or Champion, and shows the hours of play left. Data checked against the game on Oct 9, 2026 (Season 10.5).
Open a hero's Hero Profile and choose the Proficiency tab. It shows that hero's rank, level and the points toward the next level, but only one hero at a time. Proficiency Board puts all your heroes on one screen so you can see who is closest to Lord or Champion.

Each hero has missions for time played, its role's job (damage, healing or blocking) and KOs, in the Missions tab next to Rewards, and they ask for more as the hero ranks up. Hero proficiency is separate from your account level. How to level up faster.
